This dialog is opened by clicking the elements that represent the Submitter, Withdrawal, Final Approval and Rejection actions in the BPM Tab Visual Workflow Section. The dialog is used to view and edit workflow settings related to those actions. The fields displayed in the dialog vary slightly depending on which element is clicked. The screenshots and text below describe each variant.
Submitter
# of days to resubmit Field - the number of days that can elapse after the record is returned to the submitter before the "Resubmit" action is considered overdue
Lock After Withdrawal - If this box is checked the record is locked for editing to all users except the PMWeb admin and designated BPM Managers after the "Withdraw" action is taken.
Lock After Final Approve - If this box is checked the record is locked for editing to all users except the PMWeb admin and designated BPM Managers after the "Final Approve" action is taken.
Lock After Rejection - If this box is checked the record is locked for editing to all users except the PMWeb admin and designated BPM Managers after the "Rejection" action is taken.
