This section displays three commonly used area measurements (in the units of measure of the Area UOM selected for the asset):
Gross Area - Typically the entire area of an asset
Rentable - Typically the Gross Area minus the area of shafts and glazing
Usable - Typically the Rentable area minus common areas
"Linked" measurements are from the Linked fields on all assets one level below the current one. If the current asset is a location, for example, the Linked field displays the sum of the Linked field on all buildings at the location. The Linked fields are read only. The Actual fields can be edited by typing in them or by clicking the Visual Calculator button.
