Distribution lists are combinations of PMWeb company and/or contact records. Distribution lists can be used to quickly and easily add multiple companies and/or contacts to a PMWeb record. Examples include:

Using a distribution list to invite a number of electrical vendor companies as bidders in a
Procurement record

Using a distribution list to add a group of regional managers and their email addresses as CCs to a PMWeb email (see Notifications Dialog).
Distribution lists can be defined at project, program or portfolio level.
