Define Reminder Dialog

Throughout PMWeb you can define a special type of notification called a Reminder using the Define Reminder Dialog. A Reminder alerts you, and/or others you designate, with a message a certain number of days before, on, or after a trigger date. The message can be in the form of an email or as a PMWeb Event (see Portfolio/Events). Reminders can be linked to a program, project, location, record type, record, record field, or none of the above. The Define Reminder Dialog can be opened by right-clicking on most date fields in records. This links the Reminder to that date field by default. If the date is edited in the record the Reminder will automatically change to match it. The dialog can also be opened by clicking the Reminder button in the Profile Dialog.
