Use this dialog to notify collaborators that the collaborate session has ended.
Submitter Field - Read only. The ID and name of the user who submitted the record.
Send Email Checkbox - If this box is checked, an email is sent to each team member when the Save button is clicked. See Message Templates for information about configuring the Close Collaborate email template.
Message Field - The message here will appear in the Collaborate Tab and can, if included in the template, appear in the email message sent to team members when the Save button is clicked. See Message Templates for information about configuring the Close Collaborate email template.
Team Progress Table - Read only. All users invited to the team and their farthest progress.
