This dialog displays units, unit cost, and total currency value for a line from a commitment as well as all commitment change order lines linked to it.
In the example below line 1 from the commitment was for 1000 units at $32.47/each. (The unit of measure, "lnft" in this example, is shown in the Original UOM field at the top of the dialog.) Line 1 from Commitment CO 14 added 40 more units, also at $32.47/each. When Commitment CO 14 is added to a Progress Invoice it can - if Use Revised Units/Values is selected in the Add Change Orders Dialog - be blended into the original commitment line on the invoice so that you can bill against the revised units of 1040.
