Use this bar to group the settings table if you wish. To remove grouping, drag the button off the grouping bar.

Group: Document Manager

 
Enable permissions by Folder Groups
If checked, Document Manager folder permissions are managed by Folder Groups, rather than User Groups. See Folder Groups Dialog. Default is unchecked.
Store Geolocation Data when Possible
If checked, when files are uploaded to Document Manager PMWeb will attempt to extract and store geolocation information - latitude and longitude - from within the file. Not all file types contain geolocation data.

Group: Invoices

 
Prevent Duplicate Invoice # by Vendor - Miscellaneous Invoices
If checked, users cannot save a Miscellaneous Invoice if a matching Invoice # exists for the Company. Default is unchecked.
Prevent Duplicate Invoice # by Vendor - Progress Invoices
If checked, users cannot save a Progress Invoice if a matching Record # exists for the Company.
Prevent Duplicate Invoice # by Vendor - Requisitions
If checked, users cannot save a Requisition if a matching Record # exists for the Company.
Group: Workflow
 
Workflow links direct users to the Main tab rather than the Workflow tab
If checked, when users click an external link in Workflow Inbox or in a Workflow email, they will navigate to the Main tab of the record, instead of to the Workflow tab. Note that this only applies to emails created after this setting is checked. The default is unchecked.
