Select To Attach To Email Section

This table displays a list of elements that can be selected to attach to an outgoing email.

The elements that appear will vary by record type and record but may include:

Type	Description	Notes
-- Record Link --	Hyperlink to this record	Available in most record types
-- Record Link --	Hyperlinks to Online Bids (bidders)	Only available from Procurement records. Online bidders in the BCC field receive a custom hyperlink to their own Online Bidding record.
-- Record Link --	Hyperlinks to Procurement (non-bidders)	Only available from Procurement records. Non-bidders in the To, CC, and BCC fields receive a hyperlink to the Procurement record.
Notes	All Notes	All notes on the Notes tab are printed as pdf attachments to the email
Note	Note Name	Individual notes may be listed. Selected notes on the Notes tab are printed as pdf attachments to the email
Attachments	All Attachments	All files (where possible) on the Attachments tab are added as pdf attachments to the email. This does not apply to record links or files attached from external document management systems.
Attachment	Attachment Name	Individual attachments may be listed. Selected attachments (where possible) are added as pdf attachments to the email. This does not apply to record links or files attached from external document management systems.
-- Default Report --	Default Report	The default BI report (for the user creating the email) is run for the record and added as a pdf attachment to the email. Reports that require user intervention to select parameters will be skipped.
-- Default PMWeb Word --	Default PMWeb Word Template	The default PMWeb Word Template (for the user creating the email) is run for the record and added as a pdf attachment to the email
Report	Report Name	All BI reports associated with the record type are listed. Selected reports are run for the record and added as a pdf attachment to the email. Reports that require user intervention to select parameters will be skipped.
Merge Template	Template Name	All PMWeb Word templates associated with the record type are listed. Selected templates are run for the record and added as a pdf attachment to the email.
