The buttons that appear vary depending on record type but include standard text formatting tools.

Type text in this area and/or paste from the clipboard.

VIEW TABS

Design Tab - This is the most commonly used tab in the RTF dialog. Use this tab to enter and format text.
HTML Tab - If you are familiar with HTML editing you can use this tab to view and edit the HTML behind the note.
Preview Tab - If you have made special edits to the HTML you can preview them in this tab.
