Program / Project Login

 
Clicking the first segment of the Breadcrumbs opens the Program / Project Login screen in overlay mode. Logging into a program or project automatically filters most Manager Pages and other screens as well.

You can view the tree organized in three ways:
  • Location View - Node levels are Portfolio, Location, and Projects linked to the location.
  • PBS View - Node levels are Portfolio, PBS level, and Projects linked to the PBS level.
  • Program View - Node levels are Portfolio, Program, and Projects linked to the program.
 
Note that selecting a view does not filter the data displayed in the tree, it merely reconfigures how it is presented. See Projects for information about linking projects to locations, PBS levels, and programs.

Use this list to select one or more project statuses to filter the tree. Values are defined in Portfolio/Lists/Standard Lists/Status (Projects).

LEVEL TREE

Click any level on the tree to log into that level. As soon as you click a level, the Program / Project Login screen closes and the login is applied.
