This dialog is used to configure settings for the board for the current user. It is opened by clicking the Profile button in the header toolbar of Activity Boards.
If this switch is off, none of the selections made below are in effect. The status of this switch is initially set when the user is added to the board (see Add Members Dialog) and it can also be edited in the Board Settings Dialog.
If this option is selected, the user will receive an email each time anyone adds a comment to the board, using the Comment template in Portfolio/Administer/Message Templates/Activity Boards.
