PMWeb Activity Boards is a simple to use, intuitive, collaboration tool specifically designed for construction project management. Each board is comprised of any number of tasks that can be assigned to users and linked to lots of rich content. Columns and their tasks can be dragged and dropped to reorganize the board at any time or to record progress. Tasks, and even entire boards, can be copied over and over again to save data entry effort.
Boards can be shared with the PMWeb users you select. IMPORTANT NOTE: To enable users to participate as members of Activity Boards, check the "Activity Boards" option for each user in Portfolio/Administer/Security/Define Users tab.
List View / Card View Buttons - These buttons toggle between Card View and List View
Filter Button - Opens a list you can use to filter Card View and List View. In the top section select either "All Tasks", "Tasks Done", or "Tasks Not Done". In the bottom section, make an independent selection to show "My Tasks Only".
The display in this area is toggled between Card View and List View using buttons in the header toolbar. Both views show the same data, but in different formats. Generally, Card View is used to create and organize tasks and List View is used to perform actions on multiple tasks in one step. See Card View and List View.
