A percentage field. Use this field to record the percentage of the line's current invoice value that is being withheld as retainage on materials. If this field is edited, Total Materials Retain Amount Field is recalculated, as are any fields related to it. This defaults to the Retention on Stored Materials Field in the contract or commitment, but may be edited. To release all materials retainage on a line, reduce the percentage in this field to "0".
