MEMBERS SECTION

3. MEMBERS SECTION
Use this section to add, configure, and remove, board members. Note that the creator of the board and the board's owner always appear at the top of the members section and cannot be removed. (They also always retain edit rights.)
  • Add Members - To add one or more members, click the plus button to the right of the Members section label to open the Add Members Dialog.
  • Remove Members - To remove a member, right click on them in the list and select "Remove". Removing a member does not delete their activities in the board, but they can no longer view or receive notifications about it.
  • Configure Members - Use the switches to grant a member the right to edit tasks and to subscribe them to activity emails. The subscription setting can be modified by each user in their Profile Dialog.

The PMWeb Admin user, the board creator, and the board owner always have full edit rights within a board. Other members who are granted edit rights can perform any action within the board except:
  • They cannot delete the board
  • They cannot add or delete members
  • They cannot edit or delete another user's comments
