This tab contains general settings that are related to location based records.

ENTITIES DROPDOWN

4. ENTITIES DROPDOWN
Use this dropdown to select a location, a program or "*All*". The settings you define in the table below will be applied to all records at the level you select here.

GROUP BY BAR

Use this bar to group the settings table if you wish. To remove grouping, drag the button off the grouping bar.

Click this button to save the settings in the table.

Group: Leases
 
Disallow charge overlaps
Start and End dates may not overlap. Applies when you use the Recur Button in the Leases Charges Tab
Disallow charge gaps
Gaps between the End of one charge and the Start of the next are not allowed. Applies when you use the Recur Button in the Leases Charges Tab

Group: Work Order
 
Update Work Order resources from Dispatch Boards
If checked, whenever an assignment is made on the Dispatch Board the resource is automatically added to the Work Order Resources Tab.
