Status / Revision Fields

 
A system defined dropdown list used to track a record through an approval process. Values are:
 
 
If the record is not set to use Visual Workflow (see Record Types Tab) this field can be changed at any time. If the record is set to use Workflow this field is automatically updated as the record moves through the business process.
 
This field determines where and how the record is displayed in various system pages and reports as well as how it is posted to the Cost Ledgers.
