Link Online Change Requests Dialog

 
This dialog is used to link lines from Online Change Requests to Change Events and Commitment COs. To use the dialog:
  • Locate a change request in the table and place a check in the Select field or click the Expand button next to it and place a check in one or more lines in the sub-table
  • Click the Save button

Read only. These fields display information for the record from which the dialog was opened.

FILTER SECTION

3. FILTER SECTION
Use this section to filter the change requests that are displayed in the table. This is a system list. The selections are:
  • *All*
  • This Contract Only (the default)
 
After making a selection click the Filter button to refresh the table.

EXPAND BUTTON

4. EXPAND BUTTON
Click this button to expand the sub-table which displays all of the eligible lines in the online change request.
 
Online change request lines can be selected by placing a check in the Select field.

ONLINE CHANGE REQUESTS TABLE

5. ONLINE CHANGE REQUESTS TABLE
This table displays the online change requests and online change requests lines that are eligible to be linked to the record. To be eligible an online change requests must have at least one line that is eligible and must not have a status of "Rejected" or "Withdrawn". To be eligible an online change requests line must not have a status of "Rejected" or "Withdrawn" and must not yet be linked.
 
Online change requests can be selected by placing a check in the Select field. Doing this selects all lines in sub-table.
