Configure Dispatch Boards
Use this page to configure
Dispatch Board views. An unlimited number of dispatch boards can be configured and a resource can appear on multiple dispatch boards.

 DESCRIPTION FIELD |

 DEFAULT BOARD CHECKBOXOne, and only one, dispatch board can be marked as the default. That board is loaded when Asset Management/Work Orders/ Dispatch Board menu item is clicked. |

 DEFAULT START TIME FIELDTime Field. The selection here determines the earliest time displayed in the graphical planner by default when the dispatch board is loaded. This can be overridden by clicking the "Show 24 hours..." toggle button in the Dispatch Board.

 DEFAULT HOURS FIELDThe entry here determines the number of hours displayed in the graphical planner by default when the dispatch board is loaded. This can be overridden by clicking the "Show 24 hours..." toggle button in the Dispatch Board. |

 NOTES FIELD |

 RESOURCES TABLESPut a check next to each labor or equipment resource to display in the Dispatch Board. Each checked resource becomes a column in the dispatch board page. |
