Change Events

Change events can be used to initiate the change order process. A single Change Event record contains one table to gauge the potential budget and revenue impacts of a change and another table to track potential cost impacts. Change events can begin by being generated from Online Change Requests. Change event lines can be linked to Contract COs and Commitment COs.

Please note that change events are not required to process changes: Contract COs and Commitment COs can be created directly, without first creating change events.
