As part of Online Bidding you can require users to complete nondisclosure agreements (NDA) before allowing them access to their online bid record. This page is used to create NDA templates. You can store as many NDA templates as you wish. Use the Require Nondisclosure Agreement field in Procurement to select an NDA template.
