Edit Event Dialog

 
Use this dialog to edit saved events and define new ones.

Subject Field

Enter a subject for the event. This appears as the event label in calendar view.

Start Fields

Click to select the start date and time for the event. If you check the "All day" checkbox the time field is hidden.

End Fields

Click to select the end date and time for the event.

Event Type Field

Select an event type from the list. Event types are defined in the Calendar Setup page.

Project Field

Select a project from the list.

Description Field

Type a description of the event.

Recurrence Checkbox

Check this box if the event occurs more than once. When checked, recurrence settings fields appear.

Save Button

Click to save the event settings and close the dialog.

Cancel Button

Click to close the dialog without saving your edits.
