From Section
Read only. This section displays information about the current database.
Database Field
This defaults to the current database, but a different one can be selected if desired.
New/Existing Project Radio Buttons
Select one of the radio buttons:
New Project (the default) - A new project will be created and selected records will be copied into it
Existing Project - Selected records will be copied into the project with the Project ID selected in the next field
Project ID Field
The ID of the new project or of the existing project to copy into
Name Field
The name of the new project
Copy Setup Records Section
Place a checkmark next to each setup record for the current project that you wish to copy.
Options Section
Place a checkmark next to each option you wish to apply:
Copy Schedule Dates To Budget - Start and Finish dates for each line in the current budget will be copied
Copy Tasks To Budget - The Task field for each line in the current budget will be copied
Configure Workflow - Roles, BPM Manager, and business processes for the current project will be copied
Document Manager Folder Structure - All Document Manager folders from the current project will be copied
Copy Record Types Section
Place a checkmark next to the record types from the current project that will be copied. All records of the selected types will be copied.
Copy Records Button
Clicking this button opens this dialog:
If you click the OK button the dialog closes, the copy occurs and this confirmation dialog appears:
Click the OK button to close the confirmation dialog and return to the Copy Project Dialog. When you close the Copy Project Dialog the new project will be displayed.
Cancel Button
Click to close the Copy Project Dialog without taking further action.
