When the step becomes active notification events can automatically be created.
If "Email" is selected here an email message will be sent to all people in the CC and Manual CC fields as well as anyone selected to be notified on all actions of the type in other steps (see Notify On All, below) and possibly the document manager (see Roles Tab Document Manager Section). If "Onscreen Message" is checked here, any of the people listed above who are PMWeb users will receive a notice in the events inbox in their User Home Page.
