Use this tab to (optionally) associate PMWeb contacts with the project. If you enable the setting "Allow users to ONLY select Companies associated with the Project" for the project in Portfolio/Settings users will only be able to select contacts associated with the companies listed on the Projects Companies Tab in records throughout PMWeb. All fields in the table are read only.
Add Button
Clicking this button opens this dialog:
Check the box in the first column next to any contact you wish to include in the Companies tab table and then click the Save To Record button. If you enable the setting "Allow users to ONLY select Companies associated with the Project" for the project in Portfolio/Settings users will only see in this dialog contacts associated with the projects selected in the Projects Companies Tab.
Select contacts you wish to remove from the Contacts tab table and then click this button. This does not delete the PMWeb contact record itself, it merely removes them from the contact list for this project.
