Drag measurements from the drawing and drop them in the drop boxes to calculate three area measurements:
When the Save button is clicked those three measurements are copied into the related fields on the record from which the dialog was opened.

 Subtotal FieldsThese fields are automatically calculated but may be edited. For Gross, Shafts & Glazing, and Common Areas the default is the sum of the measurements in the related drop box. For Rentable the default is Gross minus Shafts & Glazing. For Usable the default is Rentable minus Common Areas.
