Note that two settings in Portfolio/Setup/Settings/General Settings Locations Tab directly bear on the entries in this table:
Disallow charge overlaps - If this setting is checked PMWeb will not allow you to save recurring charges with a space between the End of one charge and the Start of the next.
Disallow charge gaps - if this setting is checked PMWeb will not allow you to save recurring charges where the End of one charge overlaps with the Start of the next.
Click this button to open the Lease Analyzer dialog.
The Analyzer extends all of the charges as shown in the Charges spreadsheet over the lifetime of the lease and breaks them down by year, average value per month and annual value per area. All fields are read only.
Note that the Analyzer is only an approximation. It does not include Escalations, Recoveries or Overages in its calculations.
If this box is checked only the parent charge for recurring charges is shown in the table. Recurring charges can be distinguished as having an entry in the Base charge System ID field
