Head Count Section

Use this section to monitor the occupancy of a space.

Capacity Field

Enter the maximum number of occupants - in people, departments, or companies - in the space.

Read only. The count of current occupants from the Spaces Occupants Tab.

Read only. Capacity minus Occupancy.

Occupiable area in the selected units of measure.

Read only. If there is at least least one current occupant of the space this box is checked. See Spaces Occupants Tab for more information.

Read only. If there is at least one current lease where the space is listed as the primary asset this box is checked.

Read only. If the Occupied box is not checked this box is.

UOM Field Select a unit of measure for the occupiable area.
