Document Manager Header Table
This table displays the files stored in the folder selected in the
Document Manager Tree. Click one or more files and then drag and drop them to a different folder in the tree. Click a file to display it in the Document Manager Details Tab. All fields in the table are read only. To edit the fields in a file, click it in the table to select it and edit in the Document Manager Details Tab. Saving edits in the Details tab updates this table.
Note: This table may contain additional fields, depending on custom attribute settings in the Edit Folder Dialog.
 Select Checkbox
Use these checkbox to select files, either for dragging and dropping to another folder or in conjunction with one of the file actions described in Document Manager Header Toolbar. Files can also be selected by clicking and dragging across them.

 Checked Out Field
An icon in this field indicates that the file is currently checked out. Click the icon to open the Update File Dialog.

 Viewer Field
An icon in this field indicates that the file is linked to a PMWeb Viewer record. Click the icon to navigate to the PMWeb Viewer record.

 Document # Field
This is a sequential number assigned by PMWeb

 Description Field

|
 File Name Field
The file name and extension. Click the hyperlink to download the file.

 Size Field
The size of the file on disc
|
|
 Extension Field
The file extension. A setting in the PMWeb Admin Utility/ General Settings allows administrators to create a "white list" of allowed file extensions.

 Added Field
The date and time that the file was added to the folder

 Last Checked Out/In by Field
The user who last checked the file out or checked it in

The user who added the file to the folder

 Last Checked In/Out Date Field
The date that the file was last checked out or checked in
