Edited Fields

Read only. The user who most recently edited the notes and the date.

The buttons that appear vary depending on record type but include standard text formatting tools.

Type text in this area and/or paste from the clipboard.

This is the most commonly used tab in the RTF dialog. Use this tab to enter and format text.

If you are familiar with HTML editing you can use this tab to view and edit the HTML behind the note.

If you have made special edits to the HTML you can preview them in this tab.

Click this button to save the note and close the dialog.

Click this button to close the dialog without saving your edits.
