f this box is checked the escalation will be processed when the Post button in the is clicked. If unchecked, the charge will be unchanged whether or not the Lease Administrator batch is posted.
The number entered here will update the Quantity field in the Leases Charges Tab if the escalation line is posted. Click the button in the field to open thec Escalation Details Dialog.
If this box is checked, when the escalation line is posted a new line will be added to the Leases Charges Tab. If unchecked, the linked charge in the Lease Charges Tab will be updated with the New Quantity, New Unit Cost, and New Amount.
