PMWeb Viewer Defaults Tab Table
Use the table to define PMWeb Viewer drawing defaults for users or their companies. The table contains two lines which cannot be deleted:

"-- Admin --" - The special PMWeb Admin with super user rights. Only the Color field can be edited on this line.

"-- Default User --" - Any user not otherwise designated in this table will use the defaults under "-- Default User --". The User and Company fields cannot be edited on this line.
 Color FieldClick the button to open the color picker and select a default color for the user's drawing elements. If the Free Color Selection field is checked they will be allowed to select colors as they draw. If not, all of their drawing elements will be this color.

 User FieldEither select a user here or a company in the next field

 Company FieldEither select a company here or a user in the previous field. Selecting a company here will apply the settings to all users linked to the company in Portfolio/Setup/Security/ Define Users Tab. |

 Apply to All in Company CheckboxIf a user is selected in the line and this box is checked, the settings will apply to all other users linked to this user's company.

 Free Color Selection CheckboxIf this box is checked, users can select any available color using the color picker when drawing elements in PMWeb Viewer records. If unchecked, the color picker is locked in the record and all of their drawing elements will use this color.

 Stamps - Text ButtonClicking this button opens this dialog:
Place a checkmark next to each text stamp the user should be allowed to insert into PMWeb Viewer records and then click the Save & Exit button.
Text stamps are defined in Portfolio/Lists/ Standard Lists/PMWeb Viewer (Stamp). |

Place a checkmark next to each image stamp the user should be allowed to insert into PMWeb Viewer records and then click the Save & Exit button.
