This button is used to assign
Engineering Forms to PMWeb users and assign a due date for the assignment.
Click the dropdown arrow to open the assignment option. Enter a date and select a user from the dropdown list. Finally, click the user icon to make the assignment active. Click the icon a second time to make the assignment inactive.
