When you click Portfolio/PMWeb Reporting Center in the Control Panel, the PMWeb Reporting Center loads:

REPORT TREE

This tree displays all of the modules and record types available to the user. Click the expander icon for any record type to see the reports associated with it. Left-clicking a report loads it for printing or editing.
 
You can also see flyout menus in the tree by right-clicking on a:
  • Module - Click "Permissions" to configure who can, and can't, access the reports in the module.
  • Record Group - Click "Permissions" to configure who can, and can't, access the reports in the record group.
  • Record Type - Click "New Folder" to create a folder for storing reports. Click "Add Report" to open a new report in edit mode. The report is automatically associated with the record type. Click "Permissions" to configure who can, and can't, access the reports in the record type.
  • Report - Click "Edit" to open the report in edit mode. Click "Delete" to delete the report. Click "Permissions" to configure who can, and can't, access the report.

  • Edit Button - Click this button to open the report in edit mode.
  • Print Button - Click this button to open the PMWeb Reports Preview Dialog.

  • Parameters Section - The fields here may vary, depending on the report definition. Make selections here before clicking the Print button in the header toolbar.
  • Recap Section - These fields show data from the report definition.
