In addition to the regular functions of the
Clauses Tab the Procurement clauses tab includes a section for creating user defined fields to be displayed in online bidding records linked to the procurement.

Clauses Section - This section works as it does on most
Clauses Tabs. Place a checkmark in the first column of each line you want to appear in the linked online bidding records. -
User Defined Field Section - This section allows you to configure up to 10 user defined fields and display them on the Clauses tab of each online bidding record linked to the procurement. See User Defined Fields for information on configuring user defined fields. Place a checkmark in the first column of each line that you want to appear in the linked online bidding records.
