Use this page to define an unlimited number lines of standard paragraph text that you use regularly in records. Clauses defined here can be dragged and dropped into the Clauses Tab in records.
Projects / Locations Field - Select the projects and locations with which the clauses group is associated.
Include Notes Checkbox - If this box is checked, when you add the clause group to a record, the notes for this clause group are automatically added to the record as well.
Attachments Checkbox - If this box is checked, when you add the clause group to a record, the attachments for this clause group are automatically added to the record as well.
Use this table to add an unlimited number of clauses to the clauses group. Fields include:
Line # Field - Read only. The order that the clause appears in the clause group. This field can be indirectly edited by dragging and dropping up or down in the table.
Inactive Checkbox - Place a check in this box to note that the clause is inactive. Inactive clauses will not be added to records when the clauses group is dragged and dropped in the Clauses Dialog.
