  • Addresses Tab - Use this tab to list an unlimited number of addresses for the company. One address can be defined as the primary one. Addresses can also be made inactive.
  • Departments Tab - Use this tab to list an unlimited number of departments for the company. Departments can be linked to an address, as defined in the Addresses tab, and to contacts in the Contacts tab.
  • Contacts Tab - Use this tab to list an unlimited number of contacts for the company. Contacts defined here can be linked to PMWeb users in Security.
  • Insurance Tab - Use this tab to list an unlimited number of insurance policies for the company. Policies can be linked to locations and projects, if desired.
  • Resources Tab - If any Resources are linked to the company they appear in this tab. All fields in the table are read only.

  • Company ID Field - Required. An alphanumeric ID for the record.
  • Name Field - Required
  • PMWeb Account ID Field - Read only. If the record was created from a Vendor Prequalification record the account ID from the applicant appears here. Click the field label hyperlink to navigate to the prequalification record.
  • Account #, Federal Tax ID, and State Tax ID Field - Text fields
  • Occupant Checkbox - If checked, this company appears in the Occupant dropdown list in Spaces. The default is unchecked.
  • Approved Bidder Checkbox - If checked, this company appears in the dialog that opens when you click the Add Bidders button in Procurement.
  • Primary Address Sections - Read only. Details of the one address marked as primary on the Addresses tab.
