Import dialogs are used to import PMWeb records from spreadsheet files. The specifics vary slightly between record types but the general outline for using the dialog is:

Click the Select a File button and browse to the spreadsheet you want to import

In the table, for each PMWeb field you want import, match it to a spreadsheet column using the dropdown list in the Import File Field

Click the Save button to finish the import process
