Use the Notes Tab to store rich text comments related to records.

Details Table Toolbar
  • Edit Button - Highlight one line in the table and then click this button to open the Note Editor Dialog with the note loaded.
  • Add Button - Clicking this button opens a new empty note in the Note Editor Dialog.

  • Line # Field
  • Description Field - This field cannot be edited in the table but it can be directed in the  Note Editor Dialog.
  • Created By Field - Read only
  • Created Date Field - Read only
  • Edited By Field - Read only
  • Edited Date Field - Read only

Select a line in the table to see a preview in this pane. If no line is highlighted the Add icon appears in this pane. Click the icon to open a new note in the Note Editor Dialog.
