SharePoint Tab

 
Use this tab to store SharePoint credentials for PMWeb users. These credentials are passed to SharePoint in the background if users select the "SharePoint" option when adding lines to an Attachments Tab. PMWeb SharePoint integration works with both forms- and Windows-authenticated SharePoint sites. In order to use forms-authentication, PMWeb's application server needs access to http://SharePointServer/_vti_bin/Authentication.asmx Web service.

  • Details Table Toolbar
  • Clear Selected Lines Button - Click this button to clear the SharePoint Username, SharePoint Password, and Domain fields for the selected lines.
  • Copy Usernames Button - Click this button to copy the PMWeb user ID to the SharePoint Username field for each selected line.

PMWeb User Field - Read only. The table displays all active PMWeb users.
Sharepoint Username Field - Enter the PMWeb user's Sharepoint name
Sharepoint Password Field - Enter their Sharepoint password
Domain Field - Enter their Sharepoint domain
