The BI Reporting Center is used to manage and launch all of the Business Intelligence reports in PMWeb. Default parameters can be configured here and custom reports can be added. Note that these settings can also be pushed out to users via the BI Reporting tab in Settings.
This tree displays all of the modules and SQL reports that you have access to. Module folders are divided into "Forms" and "Reports" folders and the Portfolio folder also includes one for "Dashboards". Click on a report to load its details on the right side of the page. Report Field - Read only. The name of the report
Associate With Record Type Field - Select a record type from the list. With a record type selected here, parameters will automatically load when you launch the report from that record type, saving you time. Associating with a record type is most important for BI forms, which typically relate to a single record.
Default Checkbox - One, and only one, BI report can be designated the default for each record type. The default is automatically loaded when you open the Reports Preview Dialog from within a record.
Report Parameters Table - The fields that load here depend on the selection in the Associate With Record Type Field. In the table you can match report parameters to fields in the associated record (Use the PMWeb Field column) and enter default values.
Schedule Section - Use this section to automatically run this report Never, Daily, Monthly, or Weekly. The report can be sent to PMWeb users, PMWeb contacts, and any other email address you specify. The From field determines when the schedule starts running and the From field determines when it stops.

POWER BI REPORTS - This folder cannot be deleted. Subfolders and reports may not be added directly beneath it.
PMWeb Power BI - When a report is run from this folder or subfolders, the results will be filtered according to the user's PMWeb security permissions, if those permissions are included in the report design. To enforce permissions, PMWeb must connect to the Microsoft Power BI server with the user's credentials. It does so by first passing the user's "Microsoft Account Email". If that is unsuccessful, PMWeb then passes the user's regular "Email" address. If that fails as well, the user will not be allowed to view the report. (See Security.) The PMWeb Power BI folder cannot be deleted. Unlimited subfolders and reports may be added beneath it.
Public Power BI - When a report is run from this folder or subfolders, no PMWeb permissions will be applied to the results and PMWeb credentials will not be passed to the Microsoft Power BI server. This folder cannot be deleted. unlimited subfolders and reports may be added beneath it.
