Tenant Invoices require you to select a Location and a Lease. They feature a Due Date field (making aging reports possible) and a Cost Period field (for financial reports). If a Cost Code is selected, lines in the
Details table are posted to the Cost Ledgers.

Lease Field - Required. A list of the active leases for the selected location.

Tenant Field - Read only. From the selected lease.

Invoice # Field - Required. An alphanumeric ID for the record.

Post As Field - Read only. From the linked lease.

Batch ID Field - Read only. If the invoice was created by posting a Lease Administrator batch, the ID of the batch appears here. Click the field label to navigate to the Lease Administrator record.

Total Cost Field - Read only. The total of the Ext. Cost column in the details table.

Total Price Field - Read only. The total of the Price column in the details table.

Payments Applied - Read only. The total of the Payment Amount column in the Payments tab table.

Open Balance - Read only. Total Price minus Payments Applied.
