 Capacity FieldEnter the maximum number of occupants - in people, departments, or companies - in the space.

 Occupancy FieldRead only. The count of current occupants from Spaces. |

 Available FieldRead only. Capacity minus Occupancy.

 Area FieldOccupiable area in the selected units of measure.

 Occupied CheckboxRead only. If there is at least least one current occupant of the space this box is checked. See Spaces for more information. |

 Leased CheckboxRead only. If there is at least one current lease where the space is listed as the primary asset this box is checked.
|
|
 Vacant CheckboxRead only. If the Occupied box is not checked this box is.
