External Users are a special class of users that can participate in the
Vendor Prequal process. External user accounts can be created in this tab by administrators or outside of PMWeb by vendors themselves.

Make Inactive Button - Select one or more lines in the table and then click this button to make the user inactive. Inactive users cannot log into their account.

Make Active Button - Select one or more lines in the table and then click this button to make the user active.

Email Passwords Button - Select one or more lines in the table and then click this button to send an email to those users displaying their password.
