Reports Table

1. Reports Table
This table shows all of the BI reports that are associated with the currently loaded record type. To appear in this table the record type must be selected in the Printing Tab of the BI Reporting page. Click the Preview icon to preview the report in the Preview Pane.

When you click the Preview icon for a report in the Reports table a thumbnail preview of the report appears in this pane, with data from the current record loaded in the report.

Print To PDF Button

Click this button to create a PDF of the report selected in the Reports table.

Print To Excel Button

Click this button to create an MS Excel workbook of the report selected in the Reports table.

Send Email Button

5. Send Email Button
Click this button to create a PMWeb email message with the PDF version of the report selected in the Reports table automatically attached.

Report Viewer Button

Click this button to open the report selected in the Reports table in the Report Viewer Dialog.

Cancel Button

Click this button to close the BI Reports Preview Dialog without taking further action.
