Suites
Suites allow you to not only track all of your assets in detail but also combine them in the way that you normally lease them. Not only is this convenient – you can, for instance, simply drag & drop a Suite into a Lease – it also allows you to develop a leasing history of the Suite. Leasing history can include data such as occupancy rates, market versus actual lease income, income per area and much more. Note that defining Suites is an optional step. Suites are not required to create Leases. Leases can be linked to suites using the Linked Assets Field in the Lease.

Rent/Month Fields:
Market - Type in a target rent per month
Current - Read only. The sum of Rent/Month from all active leases linked to this suite as the Primary asset.
Rent/Year Fields:
Market - Read only. Calculated as Market Rent/Month times 12.
Current - Read only. Calculated as Current Rent/Month times 12.
Gross Area Field - Enter a gross area for the suite here or click the Visual Calculator Button.
Rent/Area/Month Fields:
Market - Read only. Market Rent/Month divided by Gross Area.
Current - Read only. Current Rent/Month divided by Gross Area.
Rent/Area/Year Fields:
Market - Read only. Market Rent/Year divided by Gross Area.
Current - Read only. Current Rent/Year divided by Gross Area.
