Document Manager Dialog

 
Use this dialog to find one or more Document Manager folders or files and create links to them on the Attachments tab of the current record.
 
In prior versions of PMWEB, this was known as the Files Lookup Dialog.

Folder Pane

Click a folder in this pane to display its contents in the Explorer

Breadcrumbs Bar

2. Breadcrumbs Bar
The breadcrumbs are fully interactive. Use them to navigate up or down in a chain of folders. By default, the dialog opens to the root folder of the location or project that the current record is associated with. See Document Manager for more information about using the breadcrumbs to navigate between folders.

Dialog Toolbar

3. Dialog Toolbar
  • List View / Card View Buttons - Click to toggle between viewing contents as cards or in a list
  • Show Details Button - Click to toggle between showing or hiding the Details Pane
  • Show Latest Versions Button - Click to toggle between showing all versions of files or only the latest one for each
  • Sort By Field - Select an item from the dropdown to re-sort current folder contents
  • Add File Button - Click to upload files from your device to Document Manager

Explorer

4. Explorer
The Explorer shows all folders and files within the current folder. Select one or more folders or files here and then click the Save button to create links to them in the Attachments tab of the current record.

Details Pane

This pane shows attribute information related to the last selected folder or file in the Explorer pane.
