List View

 
List View offers the same functions as Card View, plus this additional feature: in List View, you can select multiple tasks and act on them all at once by clicking buttons in the Actions Pane.

FILTERS

1. FILTERS
Click the filter buttons to open the Filter dialog for Task, Assigned To, and Due fields:
 
In the dialog, type filter criterion in the text field (or select a date from the date picker), select a filter type radio button, and then click the Save & Exit button to apply the filter and close the dialog. When one of these fields is filtered in List View, the field header is highlighted and the filter button has a circle around it:
To clear the filter, open the Filter dialog, select the "No Filter" radio button, and click the Save & Exit button.

COLUMN NAME

2. COLUMN NAME
Columns can be collapsed or expanded using the button to the left of the column name. Click a column name to select it and then drag it up or down in the list to move it. Moving the column name here is the same as dragging and dropping columns left or right in Card View.

Hover to the right of the column name to show the menu button. Click the button to open the column menu. Menu options include Add Task, Edit Column Name, Add Column, and Delete Column.

TASK

4. TASK
Click a task to select it and then drag it up or down in the list to move it or click one of the buttons in the Actions Pane. You can use SHIFT+CLICK AND CNTRL+CLICK to select multiple tasks. Double click a task to open the Task Details Dialog. Note that you can drag files from a file browser window and drop them on a task to attach them.

Select one or more tasks and then click one of the buttons in this pane to take the same action on all of them.
