Click the Preview Conversions button to open the Preview Currency Conversions dialog. The dialog displays four columns of currency values for each line in the Details tab. All fields in the dialog are read-only.
Note that the Preview Conversion button only appears if Advanced Multi-currency has been enabled.
Total Amount - The total value of the line in the currency selected on the line.
System Currency - The Total Amount converted to the system currency. The system currency is selected in the Currency General Tab in the Portfolio module and is the "Default" currency for the database.
Project Currency - The Total Amount converted to the currency of the project. The project currency is selected in the Projects record in the Portfolio module.
Record Currency - The Total Amount converted to the currency of the record. The record currency is selected in the header of the record.
