Whenever you wish use this button to create one or more bid packages as Procurement records. Click the dropdown arrow next to the icon and select "Procurement". The Generate Procurement Records dialog opens.
PMWeb groups all of the lines in the Pre-bid by Bid Category and displays the # of Bidders, # of Lines, and the sum of the bid items Estimated Total for that category. Place a check in the first column of each Bid Category you want to use and then click the Generate Procurement Records button. Note that you can edit the description of the Procurement record that will be created before generating. Also, a checkmark icon will appear in the Sent column if a Procurement record has already been generated from a Bid Category but you can still generate another.
