Online Change Requests allow vendors to propose changes to their own commitments and then submit them for your approval. Change requests themselves do not amend a commitment, instead they can automatically be generated into change events or commitment change orders. Online change requests are posted to a special worksheet column in cost ledgers called "Potential Exposure".
